Terms and Conditions - World Health Day

"The activity" - a participant activity in what is called "World Health Day Competition", which will be held in accordance with what is stated in these rules and in accordance with the guidelines published on the Kamedis Facebook page (hereinafter: "https://www.facebook.com/ kamedis /? ref = br_rs ");

"Editor of the activity" - Kamedis and/or anyone on its behalf.

"Period of activity" - the period beginning on April 8, 2022, at 08:00 and ending on February 8, 2022 at 23:59.

"Participant" -, who is a private person, aged 18 and over, and who meets any additional threshold conditions that will be defined as part of the activity.

Description of the activity and how to participate

(A) As part of the activity, the participant must respond in the Facebook Post and tell us what he has done to improve their skin health using the #KamedisWorldHealthday 

(B) In order to take part in the activity, the participant must follow the page and respond in the relevant post.

Prize / s and selection of winners

(A) The winner of the activity will receive a full-size calming lotion as a gift at the customer's next purchase via the website only

(B) Notice of the winners' winnings shall be made directly to the winning participants without publication in the various media via Facebook Messenger

(C) To avoid any doubt, it will be clarified that the selection of the winners by the organizer of the activity is final and cannot be appealed.

(E) Prizes are personal and non-transferable and/or non-convertible or monetary.

(F) The organizer of the activity reserves the right to provide the winner with a product or service equivalent or similar to the prize, at its discretion and for any reason.

Conditions for receiving the award

(A) The prize under these Terms is personal, to the winner only, and may not be converted, changed, exchanged, or converted, unless the organizer of the activity decides otherwise.

(B) Eligibility for the winner of the prize is subject to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, and subject to the organizer of the activity being entitled to verify the identity of the winner in any lawful manner, in order to verify that the details provided by him are correct and accurate.

(D) No double operations

Termination of activity and/or change of conditions

The organizer of the activity will be entitled to extend or shorten the dates specified in these regulations, change the terms of the activity and/or stop before the dates specified above, all at its discretion and without the need for prior notice.

Additional Terms

(A) It is clarified that participation in the activity, including the realization of the winning of the prize, is the sole responsibility of the participants in the activity.

(B) The organizer of the activity and/or anyone on its behalf will not be responsible and will not be liable for indemnification for any loss, direct and/or indirect damage, loss, including direct and/or indirect expenses, caused to any of the participants and/or any third parties as a result of participating in the activity Or the realization of the winning and/or in connection with the activity or as a result of the use of the prizes and that in any case, their participation and/or non-participation in the activity will not constitute a cause for any claim and/or claim and/or demand.

(F) The editor of the activity and/or anyone on its behalf will not bear any responsibility for the above and any such publication will be the sole responsibility of the advertiser.

(G) Without derogating from the aforesaid, it is clarified that the organizer of the activity and/or anyone on its behalf may remove materials published in violation of the law and/or the provisions of these regulations and prevent winning from suspects who acted in violation of these regulations - without giving a reason or warning. Participants who have been prevented from winning as aforesaid, will not be entitled to receive the prize according to these rules and/or another prize in connection with the activity and will not have any claim and/or demand towards the organizer of the activity and/or anyone on its behalf in connection with the aforesaid.

(H) These By-Laws regulate the conditions of participation in the activity and are a contract for all intents and purposes and the very participation in the activity constitutes full consent to everything stated in it.
