How can I track my order?

What is your return policy? 
We offer a 21-day return policy for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact our support team at support@kamedisus.zendesk.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Why does the color of the cream look different than other brands? Because we use high concentrations of natural botanicals (like Indigo and Rhubarb), our products often have a natural earthy or blue-ish tint. This is a sign of the purity and potency of our botanical extracts!
