Very unreliable company. I contacted them by email twice ( there is no other way to get in contact with them). I only received automatic reply that their team will respond within 2 business days. It has been a week or longer. My child developed rash from using the lotion and I wanted to return it as I bought 2 lotions and 2 creams hoping it will help. I have no return label and there are no details of where to return on their website. I would not recommend buying products from this company. Better use Amazon or I herb, at least they have clear return policies and responding customer services
